In addition to these, over the years I have subcontracted for some of the nation's largest and most prestigious SEO firms, and have worked to seach engine optimize the site of some of the largest major corporations. Although I cannot disclose much of this work due to NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements), I CAN offer this sampling of my "direct" SecondEffort consulting SEO Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing portfolio.

As of January 2008, this Search Engine Optimization customer of mine had No Page One Rankings in MSN, Google,or Yahoo. Currenly, her site has acquired 74 Page One Listings. In the Search Engine Optimization world, sometimes you don't need a million keywords to be #1 in your field. After all, how many ways are there to say polymer cement concrete coating? My most diligent SEO customer, and we are going for my world's record on this one. I am on an ongoing monthly retainer with them. Began this account on February 15th, 2007 and as of today (August '07) they have 109 (yes, that;s 109) first page listings in Google, MSN and Yahoo. Here are just a few of the Google listings. They sell a lot of different brands, and I will not rest until they (we) are one Page One for each brand, as well as all their generic keywords. Check back, by summer '07 my goal is for them to have 175 Page One Listings; and over 200 when all is said and done! All this was accomplished without a link exchange program, and that's why their Page Rank is still a meager 2. But excellent Page Rank will follow, believe me... Since there is not enough room on this page to display 109 links, how about if I limit this list to Search Engine Rankings that are #1 in Google? And not just "on" Page One, but Position One on Page One!

Update.....today (12/31/07), this customer is up to 179 Page One Listings. We expect to pass the 200 level by March '08. Stay tuned!

Update.....today (4/1/2008), this customer is up to 294 Page One Listings, and remember, that's just Google, Yahoo & MSN. Rankings for Accountants are extremely competitive. How many Accounting Firms do you imagine ther are in Florida, home of the Retiree? And how many Accounting Firms would give the Calculator off their Desk to be on Page One of Google. TaxSavers of Florida is by far the best accounting firm I have ever encountered, and I am proud to be their SEO Consultant. They became a customer in June of 2009, with no rankings except for their Business Name. Now they have nearly 100 Page One Rankings. Remember, these are the GOOGLE rankings only, and do not even include MSN, Yahoo, AOL Search, ASK.com, and all the others. First page is the only place to be!

This was my first customer back in 2000. Back then, no one specialized in Search Engine Optimization. I could see it was the coming "thing", boy was I right. Now the Web is full of companies who buy $300 worth of "Do it Yourself" software and then present themselves as experts. And their customers might even actually have 2,3, or 4 presences on Page One of Google, but how many companies stay with their customers to rank each and every necessary keyword? I do.....How about another 16 Google Page One Rankings? Well, here they are! Like I said at the top "Your Success is My Success".

Carve out architectural (and other shapes) in styrofoam, and then cover them with Styrocrete Sprays, and you have beautiful decorative trim and designs that emulate concrete. This is one of my newer sites, and I just finished this job in March of 2007. In one short month, they are king of their industry (at least as far as online presence is concerned.) This is actually the third site I have optimized for this Corporation. THAT ought to tell you something about my work.......

LaCasa Resident Owned Community of Southwest Florida

LaCasa is a beautiful mobile home park, with lots owned by the owners themselves, (known as a Resident Owned Community). In 2007, I constructed a completely new website for them, and put them through a complete Search Engine Optimization program. This year they rank on Page One of every single one of their important keywords. This last season they sold 39 Homes, while everyone else died in the real estate market. Think it was because people could easily find them on the Internet and learn about them, leading to a visit and sales opportunity? As they say in the Real Estate Business-Traffic, Trafic, Traffic! Or is it Location, Location, Location?. Either way, traffic just doesn't have to be in a car these days! Viva la internet.

This whole page is Google references ONLY, image how huge this page would have to be if I included Yahoo, MSN, Ask.com, & AOL Search on here?

Not much to say about awnings in Florida, except thank goodness for them. Sunstate did not have a web site, so I whipped one up for them, and put it thru iits SEO rigors, and voila! Once out of the sandbox, Sunstate ruled the awning and canopy topic area in Google and all the other Search Engines. Think their competition is jealous?

OK, the few remaining true skeptics think they can trump me with the ultimate "gotcha". One wanted to know why I did not list THIS site's ranking, here at secondeffort.com. (I figure it was probably a jealous competitor!) Well, I didn't put it there initially because I am not really a reference, which this page is intended. However, like they say, you can tell a good doctor by if he treats his own family......

In the Internet World, seven years is a long time. In the last 3-4 years, all of a sudden Search Engine Optimization is the big hot area, but as you can see by some of my references, I have been performing SEO work for ten full years--a virtual SEO old timer!
